I just found The Happiness Project, where Gretchen Rubin applies popular wisdom and old adages about happiness in real life ways. Quite an interesting concept, don’t you think? Having just discovered it, I’m looking through some of her posts and the formulas, as well as a few choice quotes.
One that struck me:
